No, the combustion of bioethanol is clean and does not give off smoke or odors, which allows the fireplace to be used indoors without an exhaust flue.
Does the chimney require any special installation?
No, installation is quick and easy: the fireplace is ready to use as soon as you receive it. No flue is required, and it can be placed wherever you like.
What is the combustion time of the fireplace with a full tank?
With a full bioethanol tank, the fireplace offers approximately 3 to 5 hours of burn time, depending on the size of the flame chosen and the ventilation of the room.
What types of feet are available for this fireplace?
Two leg models are available: the "Tube" model and the "Spider" model with three tripod-style legs. You can also choose an option that includes both legs, which can be interchanged at any time.
Does the fireplace actually heat up?
Yes, this fireplace offers good heat output, sufficient to heat a 30 m² room. However, it is designed as a supplementary heating source and a source of visual and decorative comfort.
Is the fireplace safe to use?
Yes, it is designed with quality materials and a secure reservoir to minimize risks. However, we recommend following the provided instructions for use, particularly the use of bioethanol specifically intended for fireplaces.
What is the average delivery time for my order?
All our orders are delivered within 7 to 12 days.
Exception: Express delivery may be available at the time of purchase, but this is rare.
